Rule 23 be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 136(TRA) "An Act                                                                     
relating to motor vehicle franchises, motor vehicle dealers, motor                                                              
vehicle manufacturers, and motor vehicle distributors" for the State                                                            
Affairs Committee meeting on April 12. Without objection, it was so                                                             
ordered.
